Your rights
You have a period of 14 days right of withdrawal from the day of purchase. In these uncertain times of the Covid-19 pandemic, Capitaine Coco offers you a right of withdrawal without reason up to 72 hours before the start of the outing.
The customer may at any time modify the date of his reserved outing for the reasons incumbent on him.
The client does not have to justify the reasons for which he is responsible for a postponement due to him. To do this, he must complete the postponement or cancellation request form below. A processing fee of 15 € will be applied, except in the event of a postponement of the outing.
